Sam Harrison has over 25 years successful experience within the Hospitality Industry. From studying Hotel and Restaurant Management at University, to running Rick Stein's Padstow Operations, to then owning and operating two award-winning restaurants (Sam's Brasserie in Chiswick and Harrison’s in Balham), which he recently sold both to The Hawksmoor Group to pursue new ventures.
"My passion and energy for the industry comes from having worked my way up through the ranks; really understanding what it takes to make a restaurant business stand out from the crowd and remain profitable despite tough trading conditions. Having set up and ran two successful restaurants for over a decade, I know what it takes to create a winning formula but most importantly, build a team to deliver an exceptional food and hospitality offering."
Sam is now offering bespoke consultation, advisory and training services, alongside achieving his Diploma in Business Coaching and continuing his passion for nurturing talented people.
